PLAFIT SUPER32 GT CARS

1.0  BODY

1.1  Only 1:32 GT Cars made from hard plastic which are nominated on the Official

        Homologation List classified in two divisions are allowed.

1.2.  No major body modifications such as changes to wheel arches or shortening of

        under body parts are allowed.

1.3.  Original body mounting posts on the body inside can be removed.

1.4.  No replacement interiors such as vacuum formed types are allowed.

1.5.  Existing plastic interiors have to be modified just to clear the chassis however the 

        interior and any other detail has to remain in place to cover all windows.

1.6.  Under body front spoilers (fenders) and rear diffusors have to be retained from all 

        four relevant wheel arches and fitted to the body.

1.7.  All original outside detail parts like mirrors and rear wings are to be used at all 

        times.

2.0  CHASSIS

2.1.  Plafit 3300 Super32, 3300K  and 3300R Super32 “Red Devil” Chassis only.

2.2.  Chassis has to be adjusted according to the body and its dimensions making sure

        that the guide and all wheels are covered by the body when viewed from above.

2.3.  Chassis springs, spacers and/or additional screws may be substituted, added or

        removed.

2.4.  All original mounting points and basic configuration must be retained.

2.5.  No chassis modifications other then within its design limits.

2.6.  ACE Carbon replacement guide holder can be used.

2.7.  No soldering permitted to hold motor into position. Only motor screws are to be 

        used.

2.8.  Body tape or plastic strips may be used to hold lead wires in place.

2.9.  Additional weight may be added on top of the chassis only.

2.10.  Nylon Guide Nuts can be used.

2.11.  Plafit 3301B Main Chassis Plate (+10mm) may be used.

2.12.  Plafit Front Axle Bases 3304B (+ 0.5mm), 3304C (+1.0mm) or 3304Z (-0.5mm) 

          may be used.

2.13.  Plafit 3305B T-Plate (+10mm) may be used.

2.14.  Plafit Flat Body Mount Plates 3307B, C and D, Body Mount Spacers 3307B1 and  

          Extension Plates 3307B2 may be used.

2.15.  Plafit Rear Bearing Holders 3309B (+0.5mm), 3309C (+1.0mm) may be used.

2.16.  Plafit 1717A Stabilizer Kit or part thereof may be used.

2.17.  Only Plafit 1716 / 3316 and 3316D Traction Magnets (rectangular and round) are  

          allowed for magnet racing. No re-magnetizing or any aftermarket magnets to be

          used.

2.18.  Traction Magnet may be removed on non-magnetized braided tracks.

2.19.  Chassis blue-printing is allowed. No excessive sanding for weight reduction !

3.0  FRONT AXLE

3.1.  Any solid 3mm only. No independent front axles/wheels allowed.

3.2.  3 x 6mm oilite axle bushings or 3 x 6mm axle ball bearings.

4.0  FRONT WHEELS and TIRES

4.1.  Any Plafit 16mm diameter aluminum wheels which comply with the minimum

        dimensions may be used.

4.2.  Any hard sponge (sealed / non-sealed) or rubber tires which comply with the 

        minimum dimensions may be used.

4.3.  Minimum tire diameter is 18.0mm.

4.4.  Minimum tire and rim width is 8.0mm.

4.5.  3D Wheel Inserts related in design to the actual car have to be used at all times.

5.0  REAR WHEELS and TIRES

5.1.  Any Plafit 16mm diameter aluminum wheels which comply with the minimum and

        maximum dimensions may be used.

5.2.  All MJK Rubber Tires which comply with the minimum and maximum dimensions

        can be used.  

5.3.  Also Plafit 3344M and 3344S Rubber Tires. No other brands allowed.

5.4.  Plafit 33816 and 33816B Sponge Tires only. No other brands allowed.

5.5.  Minimum wheel/tire diameter with hard rubber and sponge tires is 19.0mm.

5.6.  Maximum wheel/tire width with hard rubber and sponge tires is 12.0mm.

5.7.  Use of Goo and/or any other tire softener, liquids etc. is not allowed. Cleaning with

        Tape or Shellite only is permitted.

5.8.  3D Wheel Inserts related in design to the actual car have to be used at all times.

6.0  REAR AXLE

6.1.  Solid 3mm metal only.

6.2.  3 x 6mm oilite axle bushings or 3 x 6mm axle ball bearings.

7.0  GROUND CLEARANCE

7.1.  No general minimum ground clearance as this is determined at each individual

        track.

8.0  GEARS

8.1.  Only Plafit 8541B or 8542B plastic 50 pitch spur gear 32 T for 3mm axles.

9.0  PINION

9.1.  Any 50 pitch plastic or brass.

10.0  MOTOR

10.1.  13D Plafit 8636 Pointer Motor only.

10.2.  Original lettering “PLAFIT POINTER China” has to be visible.

10.3.  All motors are not to be opened or modified in any way.

10.4.  Any lead wire can be used
